OUR WASH PLANT

OUR WASH PLANT FACILITY

Wash Plant Facility

In June of 2017, we started up our state-of-the-art washing plant facility to enhance our recycling operations and get even more out of the material that we receive. The facility allows us to extract more materials from the inert waste that would otherwise be sent to landfill, expanding our catalogue of materials to include our own washed, recycled pipe beddings and sands. For the past two years we have been able to provide these materials to both housing developments and utility companies across the country, also acting as an alternative to quarried material which is both cheaper and of the same, if not better quality.

Below are the materials we can offer from our washing facility, and should you require any more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch on the contact details provided by contacting our main office on 0114 244 1584 or send us an email on brocklebank@ymail.com.

10MM & 20MM PIPE BEDDING

10mm 20mm Pipe Bedding

At our washing facility we are able to produce both 10mm and 20mm pipe beddings, used by utility companies and housing developments for large excavations containing various pipework and wiring. This material acts as an alternative to expensive quarried materials and provides just as much protective fill for pipes.

40MM CLEAN STONE

40mm Clean Washed Stone

As well as pipe bedding materials, our facility also produces a 40mm clean stone which can be used for suitable drainage in excavations, acting a dust-free alternative to MOT Type 1. The materials has been used for attenuation tanks and various other operations that require similar drainage options.

GRIT & FILL SAND

Grit and Fill Sand

Another alternative material to use for filling excavations or acting as a pipe bedding would be our recycled fill sand. This is a frequently used material for utility companies who work on gas and electric contracts. We also have our own washed, recycled grit sand that can be used for paving amongst other things.
